I wouldn't recommend this organisation. I waited over two hours for their engineer to turn up. After being told on my third call that he was only 4 minutes away from my location nearly two hours later 7.45 at nighttime he arrives. The operator on the other side of the phone sent him miles away to a different post code. When I confronted the operator about this he coud only apologise. To me this is a very unprofessional company. There is know communication and listening to detail by the operator. Obviously this was the operators fault. I wouldn't reccomend this service.

Very speedy service,job done in good time and reasonably priced

Locksmith kept us up to speed with his time of arrival.He was confident and professional and made decision that one lock had to be changed and that second lock was still functioning and did not need to be replaced

The guy did a great job. Replaced my front and back door lock. Once he’d finished he did a security check on the house and gave some advice on how we could be safer. Really helpful.

Excellent service. My elderly neighbour had problems with a back door lock.. This company came out and fixed it they are extremely pleased with the service and very grateful not to purchase a new door...

Excellent service. Came to our rescue at night. The repair man attended within the hour and am happy with both his workmanship and final price. I will certainly recommend your company over other so called emergency locksmiths who wouldn't attend claiming that we we're out of their area, despite advertising otherwise.

Worst experience with a company I have ever had, guy came out for 5 minutes and charged me over £130 to say he couldn’t do anything
