I decided to Join Enzo Jiu Jitsu over a year ago and at first was apprehensive. I couldn’t have joined a better group of individuals, male & female whom were all very accepting and encouraging and very supportive. The clubs objective is to see that everyone succeeds and achieves but safely. Taylor is supportive and an encouraging instructor and well proven in the field of Jiu Jitsu and that is passed down to everyone within the club. To all new starters of all ages give it a go as you won’t regret it

Due to work commitments, I've been forced to try out many BJJ gyms and in my opinion this gym is hands down the best you'll find.Whether you're a complete novice , a professional grappler or a hobbyist like me, you'll learn new skills in this environment. The instructors are completely dedicated to what they do and have vast knowledge. The students come from all warps of life and are friendly and supportive. So if you're tempted to give this place a try, do it!You won't regret it.

Joined in Jan 2023 and found aGood group...and very welcoming...and will accommodate everyone's levels..Instructors are very good and lead by Example. Taylor the main instructor ...we all look up to him as he is very good and a natural champion...!!!

As a woman who is new to BJJ, I was nervous to train in a predominently male environment but I was welcomed by the everyone and made to feel like part of the team. The standard of training is high level but there is also close supervision to help learn the details of the drills, which really helps for those new to BJJ. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging.I highly recommend Enso to anyone who is thinking of trying jiu jitsu in Colchester.
