The team at DampX were both professional and polite. After completing a thorough damp survey they took the time to explain why the damp had occurred and the steps they recommended to fix it. The report was very detailed but still easy to understand. I really liked the fact the surveyor Josh kept checking in visiting the property throughout the week to make sure everything was being completed correctly. Great company that I strongly recommend!

Great experience with DAMPX. We had a survey completed due to ongoing issues with mould. Josh visited our property and completed a thorough assessment and clearly explained what the problem was and why we had it (Condensation). We have followed Josh’s recommendations and have already seen a huge improvement! The survey was free but we felt like we should pay Josh for his time and advice (he wouldn’t let us). It’s really rare to find such an honest company these days that that aren’t out to make a quick buck. DAMPX not only exceeded expectations in dispelling my friend's concerns of molding in the living room of their newly bought home but Josh also provided impeccable damp proofing throughout the rest of the property. A sincere thank you for a job well done, ensuring their space stays dry and comfortable. Posting this on their behalf since they don't have a google account, I know who I will call should my property begin showing signs of condensation, dampness or mould.
