D'lux Nails

Surprised by the negative reviews after visiting D’lux. Called and booked in for the same day for two people. Had a lovely experience for pedicures. Very relaxing and our nails look great. Price is similar in most places. Will definitively be going back.

Tried this place as it’s on my way home from work. The ladies are professional and really attentive to what they are doing. The salon is clean and COVID safe. My pedi was a delight, felt relaxed and the hot towel after was the icing on the cake and my soak off and shellac was done amazingly, clean cut nice and short. Thanks ladies amazing.

Never used this shop before and I won’t be back staff was rude not welcoming at all

Bought a voucher for a pedicure for my boyfriend on 21/12/16 which was valid for 6 months. Unfortunately I had surgery shortly after and he couldn't use the voucher and I went in there just a week after the expiry date and they wouldn't accept it.The lady owner was so rude and didn't even look at me as I spoke to her and communicated in Vietnamese to some guy who lied to say that the owner was away and he won't accept it. Whilst I accept that my voucher expired, I have been having my nails done there regularly for over a year and have provided £100s of revenue for them and at least expected to be treated with some respect by after leaving there I felt humiliated as I was spoken down to. It's not like it's a multi national corporation and they can't overlook a voucher that expired exactly a week ago, it a small family business.This place started well but has now definitely gone down hill. Theresa was the best thing about this shop now that she is not there I doubt with that kind of attitude will last very long. I for sure will never be returning again! And would give it no star if it was possible. Pure bad customer service!

Wish I had not bothered. I'm so disappointed!! Wasted half the morning waiting but oddly very few customers, then chair was broken, sink for feet faulty and no hot/warm water. I chose one colour and was given another,although similar not the one chosen. I was told that I'd made the mistake.To top it all, the woman doing my pedicure carried on an entire conversation via FaceTime!...unbelievable...Will not being using them again.

New Nail shop. Tried for first time.Great service and very friendly. Happy with my new BIAB nails and would recommend.

New shop, opened just a few weeks ago. Have experienced many nail shops over the years and this one has exceeded all my expectations. Prompt service, friendly staff, clean facilities, extensive list of services and the colours available were phenomenal.Will be returning to have my nails done regularly.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! rude, disgusting, unhygienic nail salon. Done a rubbish job on my nails. They shaped my nails all wonky and painted then so messy. My pedicure was so horrible. Did not clean my dead skin off. I was watching them every step of the way, they did not sterilise a single piece of instrument. This place should be shut down for lack of hygiene. Zero customer services and when you try tell them what you want or prefer they get an attitude and start hurting you. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!

They used to be good and affordable but now have raised prices and offer low quality services. Looked a bit scruffy as well. Went for a normal nail polish yesterday. The lady used the buffing tool too close to the cuticle and tore the skin, it’s still hurting. And the nail polish has started to wear off at the edges with one nail, the polish is just flaking off. Only within a day. I will not go again and do not recommend.
