My partner and I visited the showroom to choose a special anniversary ring and really enjoyed the experience. Grace was extremely helpful, patient and friendly. The pink showroom where we had our appointment is gorgeous. We were offered teas or coffees and a great playlist was played in the background – along with Grace's brilliant customer service this all provided a relaxing environment. I found a ring I loved and Grace helped me pick the ideal size. My new ring arrived after being resized and fits perfectly. I love the range of unique, vintage-inspired rings Jessica Flinn Jewellery offer, the beautiful teal sapphires they ethically source and that they use recycled gold. I'm so happy with the ring my partner and I chose and would highly recommend shopping with Jessica Flinn Jewellery for a special purchase and a wonderful customer service experience.

Really lovely experience, we had Peter who took into the steel and flinn showroom. It was decorated lovely and being show an arrangement of rings to. Felt like we where only in there 10 minutes but it was just under the hour. Now we can't wait to come back and pick wedding bands

My husband and I knew we would only use Jessica Flinn for our rings as soon as we saw the unusual but delicate designs. We had an excellent experience visiting the showroom and the staff were sensitive and thoughtful to our requirements. Thank you to all staff - we are delighted with our final rings.

An absolutely perfect engagement ring and incredible customer service. We really couldn't be happier with the ring, I keep catching my now fiancée looking at it whenever she has the chance, we'll definitely be back for our wedding rings (when we can afford the wedding!).

Super helpful and friendly!Myself and my now fiancé have just got engaged, and wanted to shop for a ring together. We’d seen a beautiful design on the website and had a virtual appointment with Grace to discuss.After the call we booked an in person appointment and met with Helen. Helen was so nice, really helpful, not pushy in any way, gave us time, advice and her honest opinion. She gave us flexible options as we were in between metals, so offered a virtual mock up in both metals.Not only that, she went above and beyond giving us recommendations of the local area, as we’d traveled from Cambridge to visit Sheffield.It’s so lovely to find a dedicated jeweller that is dedicated to help their customers.Can’t wait to see the designs and create a beautiful ring!

I used the custom design service and the team couldn’t have been more helpful - especially with all our correspondence done via email. They managed to source a perfect lavender spinel for an engagement ring and kept me fully updated throughout the whole process, they were very responsive to messages and any queries I had and the ring arrived sooner than I expected. My partner is over the moon with it and I’m delighted I managed to find the right ring after searching for one with the right colour of birthstone. I look forward to being a return customer for wedding rings in the not too distant future!

We visited the showroom to buy our wedding rings. Grace was great, she wasn’t pushy and spent the time selecting rings that aligned to those that we had suggested on our booking. We ended up buying both our wedding rings from them and can’t wait for them to arrive. In addition I also got my engagement ring fixed and recoated via Jessica Flinn whilst I was there. The service was great value and the team communicated with me throughout the time my ring was sent away. Having just got it back, it looks great.

We had such an amazing experience here. Thank you so much to the lovely ladies (Grace and Helen) who helped us find the perfect wedding rings and made us feel so special! We had the best afternoon and were treated with prosecco. This made our wedding experience even more fun! They can personalise your ring to the exact requirements you need and offered so many options. An absolute delight

Need to start this by saying they have lovely products, however the service has been very disappointing. For what I would consider a luxury product they seem to be determined to get ever penny out of you.Having initially ordered two rings and a necklace, we then decided one of the rings was not right so cancelled the order within 24hr. This was fine however they only refunded a percentage of the ring as they removed a discount applied when purchased with a necklace, essentially increasing the cost by £30. This was annoying but not a deal breaker.Then after receiving the other ring which had been sized in store it was fractionally too small. Therefore emailed them again to find out it would be £150 with 50% off (which is apparently £95) to resize the ring plus and additional £14 for shipping. Then found out we were unable to return this ring as it is classed as “made to order” despite it being a standard design.
