I came here for a cut, wash, full head highlights and blowdry and had a great experience! My hair looks great after this salon :)I was quite late coming to my appointment and the hairdresser was understanding and didn't make me reschedule, which was really nice. Price was also affordable (60gbp for all).For haircut my instructions were followed closely, though perhaps hair ended up slightly shorter than I expected (but still a good length). Highlights were a nice light blonde color as I asked for, and with the toner some strands also brought out a more bronze color. Overall looks quite nice and my boyfriend and friends approved it also!

I've been going to Ritz for 8 years now. I'm very happy with their service. It's quite easy to book the appointment and the price is also reasonable. Ritz has got excellent hair cutting skills so I can't go to any other hair dressers even if they are local.

DO NOT GO HERE!Such a bad place and bad service. I went for highlights and they messed up my hair and blamed it on my forehead instead. I had to go in three time to get it fixed and spent more Money on my journey then the hair. It’s so messed up and they have no press-up all skills. The owner doesn’t know how to do highlights even. I asked if I could come in and get it fixed and she said yes and when I went she was like I don’t know how to do highlights, waste of my time. AVOID this place at all costs! She had the audacity to ask for more 5 star ratings. Do not go there !

I have been getting my eyebrows done with preeti at this salon for the last 2 years as nobody has ever done it as well as her. She always does an amazing job!I have also been getting my highlights done with Vida for the past 3 years! She has done a great job! She done blonde highlights for me when I had red hair. Everyone said that it’s not possible but Vida proved it is!

Very bad place to approach. Went to the eyebrow woman at Riz and she threaded my eyebrows extremely thin when I said tidy up. She seemed to be in a bad mood but this should not be reflected on clients. My eyebrows are ruined as they will not grow out the way I did for a very long time. Stay away as far as you can from this place. Unprofessional and don’t listen to what you want.

Unsuspecting location but Riz is amazing at understanding what my curly (3a/b) hair needs: adding in layers and different types of fringes, washing and blow drying to give my hair shape and volume. All for a very reasonable price! Haven't been to another salon for almost 5 years

Have been going there for 4 years, today I went in after 5 weeks, and was accused of not paying from the last time. The ‘beautician’ made these allegations (£4 threading) in front of other customers. I was absolutely dismayed, I have never known anything like it, the embarrassment and shock left me lost for words. The owner (Riz) was apologetic on the phone when I called to report it and has always been good. I wouldn’t recommend the place if this is their customer service. Not only am I positive that I paid, they require cash payment only, so I always go cash point before visiting. I won’t be able to go there again, this individual has ruined the reputation of the place.
