The service department rarely answer the phone.Brought a car in to investigate the sunroof not working.They now say they can’t investigate a sunroof, only a bodyshop can but they still want me to pay for the investigation. ABSURD!I Have emailed the below email address 2 weeks ago and received no response whatsoever

Went in Oxford Peugeot on Iffley road back in May and got greeted and sat down with Hellen. We went through all the options and got a couple of test drives and after having a very deep discussion about everything she did hers job well and I bought the car.Service from her was very good.Over the next 4 months there was some hiccups and miscommunication from the company what got resolved at the end in a professional way.At the end all was good and couldn’t find a fault in service provided from Hellen.And I went home with my new car.

Found the service advisor sat closest the window very rude! Got told I have to bring the car back in a weeks time to be repaired after waiting waiting 2 weeks for todays booking, got given the key back and pointed too the back of the building and said “cars out back somewhere” spent 15 minutes trying to find the car, also came across 4 sign written courtesy cars after being told there isn’t any, all round not great service experienceUPDATE :- So after emailing the below email, I have had no response at all, just seems to be a generic reply in what they palm off the review

Excellent service, they really made time for you and didn’t rush through if you had any questions or queries. They were really involved and were very honest about which they believed was best for you. I didn’t feel like a burden asking questions and they were always willing to answer. The dealership was exceptionally clean and tidy as was the vehicle I purchased. Excellent service all round
