The worst customer service I can recall EVER. No interest in serving customers whatsoever. Asked it they had something not on display. What was I thinking? Perish the thought. Staff too engrossed in conversation to lift a finger to help. Glad to hear though that the floppy haired one isn't out taking pills and raving like he used to be when he was younger (looks about 13, so can't begin to imagine what age he was when that was going on). Heartened to hear that he and his colleague are only doing it about once a month now. In fairness though, were I running that business I would maybe be asking staff to have those conversations somewhere other than directly in front of customers. Maybe though I'm just old fashioned. Asked for some two inch pipe. Got three metres of pipe that looked pre-loved at the very best. Asked for a replacement. Replacement provided with the patronising comment, 'Is that okay or would you like me to polish it for you?' didn't have all that we needed, or did, and no one would look for it, so went to Barkers just round the corner, who did, and who were polite, courteous and friendly when they sold it to us. No points for guessing where I'm going first next time.

Poor service, queues coming out the door and only 1 person serving while the rest of the staff are faffing about, took 70 minutes to get served for 1 fitting...outrageous service and management

Zero stars... called several times this morning to check stock availability no one bothered answering the phone. When I got to the shop there were about 5 people sitting in the office and no customers at the counter, the guy who served me was great but he seems the only one working while the others are having good time and not answering the phone in the office... last time I’m using them, there is a reason why their Google rating is so low and other reviewers are absolutely right, DO NOT USE!

I would give 0 stars if possible, but Gary big shout out to you, the customer aisstant great service on the phone and at the shop.But the Aisstant Manager, wonders me how she even got the position.I walked in and she was having a casual phone call, sitting down. note it’s casual talking about non work related not taking details of any parts or anything I initial assumed.She vividly saw me and gave me a good 5 second glance and then to my wonders just carried on the phone, not only did she not stop and say hold on please let me finish the call, nor called Gary who when eventually came After I had waited for 10 mins and said ‘how long you been waiting, why didn’t you call me?’She appals me I will try avoiding climate center looks like they don’t want my company’s money. DisgustingAll this while I ran out of site to get fan motor.

Same experience as most of the others, ridiculous waiting times, staff absolutely not interested, leaves you dumbfounded to be honest.

Least helpful staff I've ever met. The customers were very helpful however, 5 stars for them.

Definitely not a place for drainage, better if you head to their Wimbledon branch other than that theyre pretty good.

Terrible service. It takes ages to be served here. My average waiting time here is about 20min if lucky.
