I really like the product and this outlet is genuinely better value. I do not like sales patter but the Romanian lady in this store is excellent and I ended up buying more because of her, full marks.

Often pop in here when on a day out to Gunwharf. Really good deals with the occasional cracking deal. All the staff are lovely, but I do have to give a special mention to one in particular. Sadly I don’t know her name but you can’t miss her with her long vibrant hair. Her customer service is quite simply outstanding!

The sale was on so worth popping in, otherwise I prefer to order online to save you carrying around bottles of liquid. The staff were friendly and most of the samples were on display. Good location, easy to find.

Went to MB Gunwharf for Black Friday. Fantastic range of well priced gift sets. Staff were so professional and helpful. Was greeted at the door, by who I now know to be the manager Sophie, with a chocolate. Was helped in store by Melanie and Hannah who were both outstanding and very happy and friendly. Definitely the best molton brown store I have been too and I’ve been to quite a few.

J'ai acheté un parfum sur le site officiel, qui ne m'a pas plu (j'ai pu le sentir grâce à l'échantillon fourni).J'ai donc renvoyé le parfum en suivant à la lettre les consignes transmises. 2 mois après la réception du colis dans votre entrepôt, je n'ai pas reçu mon remboursement, malgré une relance du SAV et l'envoi de la preuve de réception. Vos conditions générales de vente indiquent que vous devez rembourser les produits au plus tard 14 jours après leur réception, mais votre SAV continue de me dire de patienter sans me donner plus d'informations et que vos procédures internes" ne peuvent pas débloquer la situation.Je suis très déçue de vos services et ne risque pas de recommander chez vous ni conseiller votre boutique !!"
