We were directed to Kall Kwik thanks to a family referral for the expansion of our architectural drawings. We had initial doubts about whether to opt for lamination or simply enlarging the drawings and placing them in a binder. Despite a notable price difference, Mark's recommendation in favour of the latter choice showcased his dedication to integrity and putting customer satisfaction first.Koyas Hussain

Amazingly quick couldn’t do enough for me

Never again would I use this establishments services! The manager Mark is an incredibly rude man!! Instead of helping fix a mistake which another staff member should have fixed as he said he WOULD, Mark hung the phone up on me and refused to take responsibility for the staff members lack of effort. The staff member 'Darren' also couldn't get basic maths and VAT correct. Initially quoting me a lower price via email then a higher price over the phone. When I corrected him he refused to accept the initial quote price. Until he then checked his email and backtracked. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Yes they have a quick print turnaround but the lack of customer service present in this store and lack of mannerisms is absolutely disgusting!! Stay away from this place!

I just collected my photocopies of 2000 pages done within 2 hrs, nicely binded at a very competitive rate offered by the owner. My mistake of delivering the paperworks last 2 hrs before their closing, many thanks to the Owner for such a good service and a kind heart helping me xxx. Next time I would definitely give them more time to finish my job. They made my day...

So impressed with this place! I needed to print a zine and some a4 photos for a university project and I was sent here after being sent away from Ryman.The service was great and they really seemed to want to help me submit the best work I could, which is very helpful for a stressed uni student.I was also dreading the price after seeing estimates from other places topping £40-£50 but altogether it can to £18 I couldn’t believe.100% would recommend them and go again if I need prints.

They serve both retail and wholesale Customers at very reasonable prices. The Staff there are quite polite, friendly and helpful.I also looked at their printing equipment and they look pretty standard and well maintained. I have only printed few copy of a document there and I had no problems with the quality.I imagine that commercial printing of multiple copies will not look bad too. So I will definitely recommend them, as I will continue using them for my next print jobs!

Everyone inside is super helpful, friendly and professional. Ended up with such high quality products in just 30 minutes, way better service and quality than I could’ve expected. Thank you to everyone who helped and I will be recommending to everyone who needs anything related.

Visited today for help with a very small amount of photocopying. I had the document on my phone but had difficult in sending it to the stores email address for downloading. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did they download the document, they also edited it for me prior to copying it. They also then helped me cut it to size. The total cost of the work was £6 so I was totally overwhelmed by the level of customer service I received from the team. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Even though I always try to plan ahead, I end up asking for prints last minute. Mark and his team are very responsive, helpful and courteously on hand to complete my requests at short notice. Thanks Guys!
