I went to Bhav for eyelash extensions before my holiday, she did an amazing job and the lashes came out exactly as I wanted! She’s very professional and gives good advice regarding aftercare, which was really useful for me as this was the first time I’d had lash extensions. She’s super friendly and made me feel really comfortable.

I have used Bhav's salon a number of times for different treatments and have found Bhav friendly and pleasant, however I believe the owner of the salon is money driven and lacks customer service skills. I paid nearly £80 for lashes for my daughter and I which lasted 2 days! A complete waste of money. I had microblading done at the salon previously, it was ok, but not 100% precise and equal.Last week, I left a deposit for an eyebrow top up, but unfortunately due to an urgent issue at work, I asked for the appointment to be changed. I was informed that I had lost my deposit and would have to pay another one, which I didn't think was acceptable. I appreciate Bhav has a business to run, but some compassion would have been appreciated.I informed Bhav about the lashes and what little time they had lasted, however I received no response, very poor customer service.
