Custodian Monitoring Services

Not sure what is worse with this company - The Product or the Customer Service. Unbelievably rude and unhelpful every time I've had a problem, honestly shocked at the way they speak to their customers.

Their contact number is a premium rate 0044 number…This is a rip off.

Have tried to contact Custodian via email six times over a number of months with a simple request. Do they have a standard uk telephone number as cannot connect with the local rate number. No reply at all. Makes you wonder about their alarm response.

My husband has left Wilko 9 months ago & the store he used to work at is now shut down but we received continuous calls from an automated alarm system early this morning.As they are open 24/7 I contacted an operator named Sharon and explained the issue. I wrongly assumed she would be grateful for the information but instead her attitude was disgusting & very condescending. I'm guessing she either doesn't like working early mornings or late nights & needed her bed, because I would never have spoken to a member of the public like that!I hope they don't get paid for monitoring a store that has now closed!

Only there of drinks and staff were polite.a bit run down but pleasant enough

Custodian are absolute rubbish rang 3 times to confirm activation went on hold over 20 minutes each time avoid using them at all cost

Really expensive to call these people especially from a mobile, and they frequently have you wait in a queue then rhen cut you off.

Terrible. Excessive wait times to answer the phone, generally a minimum of 30 mins up to over an hour to speak to someone on the phone. Admin is worse and even longer.Get some more staff!!

We have been using Custodian (SMC) for over 15 years and have been given a very professional service through out that time. Any queries we have are responded to efficiently and respectfully. Smarpac Touch for installers, engineers and end users is an extremely useful web tool.
