Worktop Express - Harlow

We bought approx 4 meters of laminate worktop in July 2023. Chloe B was the assistant who helped us to make sure we were buying the correct sizes and also talked us through the process of getting the worktops cut to the correct size for our kitchen fitter (so he could get straight on with the job).She was absolutely brilliant. Whenever we had any questions she made sure she was 100% on the answer - never just guessing or assuming. She always called back when she said she would and checked to make sure we were happy.I would recommend her services and those of worktop express.The delivery drivers were brilliant too, and were happy to put the work tops in the garage until needed. Really pleasant couple of guys.

They had the worktop I required in stock, spoke to Chris throughout the process and he made the task easy from start to finish. I had a couple of changes but nothing was too much trouble. Paid for it today and expecting delivery early Feb when I'm ready for it, my choice as they could have delivered it this week. Will certainly use again.

Found Worktop Express online after struggling to find worktops which were more than 616 deep, Chloe helped us out when we visited the showroom, very knowledgeable & helpful. Delivery came 5 days later as promised, a pleasant experience overall, I have recommended to somebody else already.

Two ladies in the store Chloe and Zoe helped me a lot on my day of purchase. I was doubtful about my choice, they suggested some other alternatives from which I chose the best matching one. If they were not there, I would have made a big mistake by purchasing the worktop I have selected online. They made a big difference and I will appreciate this and remember them everyday while I am in my kitchen. Also, the shipment was on time and they informed me in each step. Chloe was so helpful and helped us sort the order very quick. We went to the showroom to see the worktop before placing an order and she helped answering all questions and advising on other bits. The worktop is looking very nice we are ordering the other half today to finish the look of the kitchen.

We designed our bespoke breakfast bar online using the website and it was great to be able to visualise how it would all look. Chris from the Harlow branch was extremely efficient and helpful when we placed the order and kept us fully informed of the progress. The worktops were delivered quickly and were well packaged. The delivery team gave us notice of arrival and were extremeLy helpful. All in all, a super experience and we are delighted with the end result. Would highly recommend this company.

very poor customer service. driver refused to give the goods saying there is no safe place to park. asked to park one road down and he left. Dan from customer service offered me to cancel the order (refund in 10 days) or deliver to alternative address.will not use them again.
