The staff are friendly and helpful and the selection of cards is brilliant. Plenty to chose from behind the counter too, with all the knicknacks. Also fills and sells helium balloons.

Usually get most of our birthday cards etc as they can be cheaper than other outlets. Can also get selection of celebration helium balloons (but need to go elsewhere to get them inflated.)

Hopeless service. They billed us extra for putting helium in a balloon which we had bought previously from their store and then told us that it would keep the helium because it was, they claimed, not a proper helium balloon. If it was not a real helium balloon, then why fill it and bill us? Are they really so desperate for cash that they bill people for services they cannot use? And they did not give a receipt. Very poor service.

Plenty to choose from, and starting about 80p.They stock gifts if so.eone requires a gift. Some gift bags but not a lot. Counter is high so for smaller ladies who are small it's a bit of a challenge. Also the counter does tend to be cluttered with things for customers to buy

Love card factory for cards and paper with. A tight budget. But not enough staff at Kinnaird Park and can't ask for help as they don't bother, so if you don't go and get someone's attention you are left to struggle.

Over the last 5 years before childrens birthday time, we buy helium balloons that they advertise they will fill and when we go back at the time of needing to fill, they never have helium.....absolute disgrace! Why advertise this then, the staff just couldn't care less, rude when asking about helium, it's like they just couldn't care less or even be bothered. Please a note saying you can buy helium balloons from us but go elsewhere to fill them!!!!

Most people are familiar with the card factory now, a great selection of cards for cheap prices, they also have a good selection of other things related to birthdays and Christmas like badges with ages on them, present wrapping paper and tags etc.This particular store is fairly big and therefore has more selection than some, other than that there isn't much else special to say about this store, same great prices as expected from card factory.

We bought balloons at Fort Kinnaird staff was incredibly unhelpful. Very rude to customers. Even charged 1.25 for helium and didn't actually filled with helium. This is last time I am buying anything here and will not recommend to my family, friends and network. Just being rude you lost a loyal customer.
