I owe you so much for saving my dog's life when he was in a bad way when I brought him in to you , due to someone's clumsiness. Can not rate the team highly enough, right from the vets, veterinary nurses to receptionists. They have spent a whole week saving my beautiful staffy from loosing blood after a bad time.Thank you So much everyone. ***** star service.

Staff is kind, knowledgeable and helpful. We are lucky to have a place like this, when your animal need help and you dont have enough funds to go to private vets. I'm so grateful to all the staff for looking after my poorly dog. Couldn't ask for better treatment.

Worse experience of my life! I took my dog in as she kept being sick they told me to change her diet which she’s been on since a puppy, I did try change it before but she didn’t eat for nearly 2 weeks starving herself, they told me to then starve her.. they also tried to inject her with an anti sickness vaccine which she then snapped at the woman.. I’m not sure why she snapped as she had her temperature taken which she was fine with.. so they muzzled her and still had no luck because apparently they was scared of her even thou she is a little 12kg small breed who was muzzled…. Now she’s been at rase vets since she was 8 weeks, she’s now 1 year and 5 months, I only moved to the blue cross because I’m out of work being pregnant she’s had 4-5 injections at rase vets and never ever snapped at the guy she sees there….. so blue cross what kind of vet is scared of a small breed dog with a muzzle? My dog was more scared of her that she even pooed herself. If you can’t even give a small dog an injection with a muzzle how are you suppose to help bigger possibly stronger dogs with something else.. no I’m not saying bigger dogs are bad but what if one day they come across a bigger dog in serious need of help and it wasn’t friendly..

Took my 12 week old pup to the emergency center after he became ill. He was seriously ill because the seller sold him with canine parvo. Despite doing everything they could for him, he didn't make it. The staff are friendly & will do everything in their power to help you.

First class service from all the staff who looked after our dalmatian Harley. Special thanks to Xena for taking great care of him, Carol, on reception, who supported us throughout and made sure Harley was calm and had everything he needed and Kate for her great advice. There were other great staff, but I didn't get their names. The after care is amazing, too. Thankyou all x
