Great service from John and the team at Sunderland. Saw a car I liked but needed a one with low mileage so John helped me look and find one at another branch. He arranged for the car to be moved to sunderland and gave me a good price when part-exing my current car that I also bought from this branch. When the car arrived it was great but wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked when purchasing a new car. John said it had been valeted but agreed it wasn’t as clean as it should be. He offered to get it cleaned again or said if I got it done myself he would arrange for a refund which he has done. Can’t fault his service, thanks again.

Visited today to Evans Halshaw, Nissan Sunderland. I was picked up from the train station after traveling from Scotland. Young man named Jacob , provided first class customer service. I received personal videos and images of the car prior to traveling. The car was presented in perfect condition. The staff were very friendly.
