Supervisors came in what time they felt like but signed in to be payed for the whole day, supervisor and “favourite” colleagues sat for the duration of cleaning hours given pr day in classrooms whilst 4 staff was left to carry out the work in a school with 6 buildings to clean (Rodborough secondary school) many complaints were made both from the school staff and members of cleantec staff but nothing was resolved in fact the cleantec staff that made the complaints were unfairly dismissed! Poor management and a lazy supervisor that steals cleaning cloths and product to take home whilst the stock room is empty!Had to work in home clothes as was never given any uniformVery bad experience all round from an employee point of view I’m relieved i left when i did ( still awaiting for the rest of my unpaid wages !)

Unfortunately this company has caused nothing but headaches for us from the beginning. Every part of the experience has been terrible and unprofessional.

Cleantec are a great company to work for, I am the supervisor at our site and I have the utmost respect for my manager Cariann. She is always there when I need help, she visits every week, she is liked by the whole team. Stock is delivered on time when ordered. I would highly recommend their services.

I have worked with clean tech and how I got treated was discussing, having to fight to try get my wages and still as it stands now still haven't received them, very unprofessional

I worked for mitie and they changed to cleantec after some time I can honestly say everything changed drastically the manager was rude disrespectful and didn’t treat the workers very well. I can honestly say she wasn’t the most respectful person and that is not great. That’s why I left the job after because the stress was unbearable I don’t think they deserve cleaners as they always made them cry. My honest opinion id never work for them again.

Appalling company to work for, treat their staff with complete disrespect

I am employed as Supervisor on one of the school sites. Marco is my Manager and one of the best I have ever worked for. Cleantec are an amazing company to work for.

Working for this great company for years. Staff are helpful and friendly. With Cleantec Services been an employee owned business, I feel that my voice is been heard and my ideas are been considered. Feedback has been great.

I've enjoyed working for CleanTEC for almost 4 years now and in this time I have seen and been part of many positive changes. As CleanTEC are an Employee Owned company which means we are all partners in the business and are encouraged to voice our ideas and out forward suggestions. Naturally we all want what's best for the company, so this has brought us together even more and has been empowering for us all. Its great to be part of an exciting and refreshing change in the cleaning industry.

Been two months since cleantec took over and have not been paid correctly yet. No pay for overtime either. Try and chase it up and you get nowhere, they don’t seem to want to know. I’m not sure how they can get it so wrong when they had all the correct details passed over to them prior to the take over.Pay issues have been going on for at least 5 years from looking at previous employee reviews. Not good at all.
