London Rd Hair

I had my haircut yesterday and I’m really disappointed about the experience and result. It was not a busy period but my haircut felt like it was rushed and I wasn’t even shown the back of my hair once it was done. The hairdresser decided to style my hair wavey which just hid how badly its been cut. I went home and straightened it to realise my hair is not cut evenly (one side is longer than the other) and I have very choppy and uneven layers that don’t blend well on one side with little to no layers on the other. I have attached a picture of the left and right side of my hair. Really unhappy I paid £39 for this?!

I visited the salon earlier today and I had a wonderful experience. The lady washing my hair did a great job and she made me a lovely hot chocolate as well. My stylist, Lauren, was incredible. Lauren gave me exactly what I had asked for. The way Lauren cut and styled my hair left me feeling confident and happy. I have already booked my next appointment with Lauren xxx

I came in today to get my hair done by Paula and she did an absolutely amazing job. I was concerned my hair will look orange but she assured me it wouldn’t and it came out exactly the way I wanted it to. Thank you so much Paula for an awesome transformation to my hair.

Over 2 years since I last had my haircut. This time I decided to book it at London Rd hair as I have heard so much about it. I decided to get a wash cut and finish. My stylist was Amo and she did an amazing job. I asked for a butterfly cut. And absolutely loved the finished look. Thank you to the lady who washed my hair too literally the most relaxed feeling ever! Staff are so kind and friendly. Their hot choc is amazing! Would defo go again... Thank you!

Been coming here regularly for my colour / cuts and blowdry for the last few years. Always leave the salon super super happy with the service from everyone. They offer snacks and drinks, and always stop to check up on you and make sure you’re okay. I was really impressed with Paula, she’s great at cutting and styling hair, and so so lovely to be around. She always makes sure i’m happy with what she’s done whilst also giving great advice and literally transforming my hair!! Already looking forward to my next visit / appt, everyone’s so lovely to be around and you’ll leave the salon feeling so good about yourself.

As usual, fantastic service throughout! Special thank you to Rhianna (sorry if I spelt it wrong!). Being an assistant, she was extremely attentive, kept me informed with next steps, gave a lovely wash and massage, and listened whilst the senior stylist was explaining why she's doing what she's doing. You're doing great hun, keep at it!!! HUGE thank you to Vishali for always making me feel like a million bucks every time I leave!! Couldn't recommend this salon and the girls enough!

Lauren is a star! She’s completely rejuvenated the look and feel of my hair with a beautiful soft honey balayage which compliments my skin tone perfectly.The hair journey here starts with an initial consultation where you have the opportunity to discuss the desired look of your hair with the stylist that will be doing your hair on the day of the actual appointment.Whilst doing my hair, Lauren took the time to explain all the steps, reassuring and educating me further on the techniques being used. She made me feel at ease the whole way and even though it was my first visit to the salon, I felt as if I was a returning client that had been there for years!All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend London Rd hair to anyone who aims to achieve absolute hair goals by extremely talented stylists.Can’t wait to return ❤️

Lovely atmosphere and the staff are so nice. Grace transformed me from a dry haired, starting to grey, 49 year old, feeling down about myself, to walking out of that salon looking 10 years younger. I have had so many compliments on my cut and colour. I feel great! I feel polished, fresh, this was worth EVERY penny. My previous salon let me down with poor colouring and unflattering cut. Grace moved my parting and gave me beachy waves. She knows what suits you instinctively. Thank you Grace and your lovely team that looked after me, looking forward to my next visit xx
