Poor quality for price paid. Also lifetime guarantee is absolute con. Customer service non existent...they don’t reply to email.

Never trust Rotary. I've order a watch on their web, but nothing happened after I paid, the order was not processing, no parcel, no responding, no customer service, no contact, not even a bit.

Despicable Customer Service. We ordered a watch online, however no email conformation was received. We tried calling their London office three times, which was met with a voice mail with no replies. Furthermore, we have also emailed them direct via the Rotary website with no replies. So they have taken our money but have failed to get in touch. Disgraceful. Avoid.

Very good, reliable watch brand. Would recommend and have recommended to friends. I prefer to order directly from rotary and not outlets, but it can be frustrating looking around for cheaper prices (which can be found on other sites for the exact same product). Would be good to have a standard price across all shops/sellers. The website can also be a bit slow/clunky. However, I don’t want this to take away from the actual watch quality; they’re very good and very stylish.

The customer service of Rotary barely answer the call and email! Be ware of the super passive customer service if you got faulty items. I purchased a Rotary watch on Harvey Nichols website, and within less than 2 weeks of purchasing, the watch slow down itself without encountering any clash or accident. It is a shame that the watch itself is beautiful, but I am not Impressed of both quality and customer service.

Amazing Watches and when i tore my strap, they sent me a replacement and it came the next day!Would defently use them again!
