My elderly dad has been a patient of Mo's for several years now. I usually attend the appointments with my dad when we see Mo. Throughout the years, I have recognised the amount of care, effort and professionalism that Mo (and the team at VIP) display. I saw Mo Khan, he was highly informative and gave clear demonstration of my issue, helpfully using the visual aid of a model ear. He was also very reassuring and answered my queries with detail and knowledge.

I had been looking for a hearing clinic for quite a while for my elderly mother and having visited quite a few different clinics i was always left feeling disappointed. There was always that spark missing. I then came across VIP Hearing Solutions on Google and it was the best decision i made! I saw Mo Khan who made the whole process so seamless and I really felt my mother was very well looked after, Mo was so caring and really took the time to explain how the new hearing aids work and we left the appointment feeling a breath of fresh air. I’ve had hearing aids for over 50 years (since a child) - both from the NHS and private practice. I can honestly say that Nick Clive at VIP Hearing Solutions has provided the best care and service out of all my past experiences.He even managed to get my aids repaired and returned to me during Covid Lockdown (without breaking any rules!) and now continues to provide fast and efficient services to me even though I’m living overseas.Simply excellent.
