We have had excellent service from Jeanette, who provided very helpful advice and sorted out all our requests even when we changed our requirements. The Staff are welcoming, friendly and efficient, I can highly recommend Waterside Travel. Thanks to them, our family are going to have a special holiday.

Exceptional customer service, cannot recommend them highly enough. Like so many people we had our holiday cancelled during the pandemic but while many struggled to get refunds Waterside dealt with it all for us and we got back every penny. We even got back the non-refundable airport hotel stay and transfers. Wouldn't hesitate to book with them again, they make everything so easy and the staff really know their stuff.

One assumes you have to have a terrible attitude and be really rude to work here. Shame really qs i prefer to put my money towards little agents like this but i wont ever be at this one. 3 times i have been in to enquire and possible book and always got snotty woman! Maybes there is some nice people that work here too but i havent met them.
