Clocktower laundry and dry cleaning

Terrible service. I went in there the other day to put in something for dry cleaning, and way greeted with an attitude and not even giving me a price or time of completion of the clothes. My wife and I went back in some days later to enquire about the job, and the same woman as beforehand have us an even more disgusting attitude, where she asked if we wanted or clothes back. Obviously we took our business elsewhere. Disgusting attitude

Previous times I used them they were okay. Last time however they failed to clean the stain off a new jacket and after some wait they tried to charge me for the jacket with the stain on... They were happy to wash it again but they failed to do it on time and this led to another unnecessary delay, with bad customer communication. Won't be using them again...

Very helpful! First time and Annie came out and helped me set up , gave me change etc. definitely coming back to get my workwear dry cleaned!

Couldn't recommend this laundrette enough, UPS constantly don't even attempt to deliver parcels to people in Crouch End, they just leave them with this laundrette which is totally unfair and unprofessional. People who work here are super helpful and kind, sorry you're being burdened with everyones parcels, you run a fantastic laundry service and are incredibly helpful

Pricey and not very friendly staff. In fact, I stopped doing my laundry here long time ago and I'm using the one in Weston Park, which is cheaper and the staff is nicer and more helpful.P.S. Thanks for your reply. The reason why I left my review now is that I went to collect a UPS parcel and I found the lady not very nice or helpful; then I remember why I stopped doing my laundry here.

Don't know what anyone is on about with this place. They were great! UPS was supposed to deliver to me on a day I chose and I was home but this place got burdened with my package last min.They were very helpful, responsive, friendly and kind! So, I have no idea what others are on about here. Just make sure you bring your ID when picking up obviously that's with every delivery service tho. Forgot mine the first time and had to go back. LOL

Annie is a superstar, went above and beyond to help me navigate the ridiculously complex process to send a parcel back to the retailer. I really appreciate it!

Every negative review on here is spot on. My husband and I have visited many times to pick up parcels with the relevant tracking slip and Hasina who works there is rude beyond belief. If you have to choose to have your parcel delivered here, don’t bother. She doesn’t even bother to look for it, every time there’s some reason why she can’t be bothered and her excuse is always UPS’s fault.Added to this, the launderette business is revolting with mould in the machines and the whole place is shambolic. Makes sense as to why they can never find your parcel, not that they even bother to look!In short, if this place isn’t a cover for something else I’d be surprised as how they make any money is baffling.

Ok. Helpful. Found machines easy. No criticism of this place - but a big bag of laundry washed and dried was around £35.I needed to do duvets and blankets and reduce the overflow at home.But anyone needing this regularly would feel it!
