MIRRORS DANCE

Trudina is a brilliant dance teacher. She makes you feel welcome and confident straight away. Her pacing of the teaching is perfect and she is always willing to help if you need to go over a dance move. She is inspirational and I cannot wait to start the dance troop this September!!

I participate regularly in the Stretch classes run by Mirrors Dance. As someone previously quite fit and now recovering from serious illness including critical damage to my muscle strength, flexibility and stamina, the classes have been not only very beneficial but in particular educated me on why and how I should do the exercises taught. It's a holistic educational and mindful exercise class that is adaptable whether one has particular physical limitations or an ultra runner needing to do maintenance work. It's a very friendly group and welcoming group and ridiculous value for money. Nothing not to like.

Trudi has been my favourite dance teacher for a number of years now. She manages to teach the necessary technicalities of a dance while still retaining its essential elegance and its vital spark of fun. Her classes are well structured and taught clearly, building a routine with just the right amount of reinforcement and practice. The social dances she organises are where you can meet friends you have made during the classes and where you are encouraged to put into practice what she has taught.Above all, she is warm-hearted, positive and living proof that dancers do it better and with innate sparkle!!

Trudi choreographed a beautiful dance for us for our first wedding dance. She was enthusiastic, supportive and patient with us throughout our 10 week course. She adjusted her pacing to our progress and was very helpful in filming our dance each week as we progressed. Would highly recommend!

A FIVE STAR OUTFIT!!!I've been amazed at the way Trudi and Mirrors dance have kept going during COVID lock downs and it's wonderful to see the business starting to thrive again - but it's really no surprise, given the creativity and passion Trudi has for her art and body. A truly professional dancing community, and one that has a huge place in the local community of Herts and Beds -Personally, I've found the weekly online Tone & Stretch session hugely beneficial to me - Trudi focuses on the body, and explains how our muscles and tendons work together and by focusing on educationals through fun, yet tough workouts. It really helps me to appreciate the need to keep moving, eat well and take time to rest! I would highly recommend Mirrors Dance to any dance and/or enthusiast of wellbeing - check it out!

What I love most about Trudi and her dance team is their welcoming manner, and enthusiasm. That's why we chose them to choreograph our wedding dance. We had great fun learning it and a fabulous response. Xx

I had danced before at school and wanted to get back into it but felt as an adult I might be judged but this is one of the friendliest most welcoming groups I've been part of. No matter where you're starting Trudi and the Team make you feel welcome in a friendly and professional manner. Couldn't recommend enough!

Being taught by the amazing Trudi and her excellent team of qualified teachers and assistants, I could not wish for a better place to learn to dance. The atmosphere and the style of teaching is very relaxing, enjoyable and fun with being easy to understand the steps/routine competently enough so you can progress. Also, the teachers pay attention to you and make sure you are understanding ‘picking up’ the steps and not allowing you to fall behind. Above all, dancing at this school gives you the confidence and a better positive mental attitude along with an improved fitness level.
