I would highly recommend precision recruitment .I dealt with a lovely person called shanice.She called me after carefully reviewing my CV online and understanding what role I was looking for unlike most recruitment agencies that call you up with random positions that don't match your skills.She offered to send my CV to her customer, a role that fitted exactly what I was looking for.She then gave me support throughout the interview process and thanks to amazing shanice, I have now started my new job.I am very happy and couldn't recommend this agency more.

Very outrageous! This Sharon person rang me for a job. I explained I’ve only doing manufacturing nothing manual with welding and she proceeded to tell me it was fine last minute told me to get a welding helmet (£40) down the drain for me to get to the place the said I don't need a welding helmet they was quite confused as to why they sent me know I’ve had no experience. And the whole 60miles petrol wasted! If I could I would give no stars. Not happy she tried to get anyone in there to fill this role but wasted my time and money in the long run. Definitely won’t be answering a call for her again.

Nilam Was remarkable in the sense she took notes and those notes were precise as she read then out to me - it is rare to find a recruitment consultant that takes notes and two weeks later actually has made notes and that is very helpful for both the client and the candidate

I struggled to find work as other agencies have let me down with only giving me 2 days here, 3 days there, but Stacey at precision recruitment was very nice, she was flexible with me and gave me Multiple options of work to choose from, including full time hours. Excellent service, highly recommend

I wasn't initially going to say anything but after my experience with this business I wouldn't want anyone else to waste their time. I initially was invited for interview. I took the time before relocating to Leicester to come across at my expense to see the business and what it has to offer to myself when having previous experience within recruitment over the last 3 years.It's been a number of months of no feedback, having calls in regards to the position and clearly have not communicated to each other as they wanted myself to come in for interview again not realising they had already interviewed me. When I was interviewed I was expecting the director along with 2 managers as agreed before the interview stage but upon my arrival the director never entered the interview and neither did 1 of 2 managers.The professionalism within this business is poor along with the communication to new potential staff. I would stay away from this business if your not wanting your time wasted.Joseph Thomson.
