Do not trust this guy!!! He damaged the windows master switch on my brand new Mercedes GLC as the water was pouring down the buttons and applied no protection to the buttons…Refused to assist me or refund me after the damage. Had to get the FCA to refund my moneyDO NOT BELIEVE THAT NONSENSE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER BELOW - will happily share full chat history with anybody, owner just cares about making money then disappears - no such thing as customer service or satisfaction at this place, take your money elsewhere you will not regret it

Not professional when quoting up installation work.Received a quote based on all the information and visuals given.Job didnt get complete and asked for more than originally quoted, then still didnt get the work complete.

Marcin wrapped my Audi TT. He stated he needed the car for 2 days.. 6 weeks later I got my car back. The body was not prepped before applying the vinyl, there is dust and debris under the wrap which is visible. The vinyl is now failing after just one month. Attention to detail is very poor. I have bubbles, lifting, bumps, over stretched vinyl which has now shrunk around the door handles, rear spoiler and wingmirrors. I have sent Marcin many photos and he has become unresponsive. I have now had to go to a small claims court to retrieve my money as the car needs stripping and wrapping properly! Very disappointing and stressful.

This is a very unprofessional business, and would not recommend it to anyone else. When confronted, they made claims that they aren't professionals, even after telling me they've been doing this for 25 years.I had my van signage done by the owner and his daughter, and it was applied at an angle and not straight or level. They offered to correct it, but reapplied it the same way. Now claiming that they have no more vinyl in stock, and haven't been replying to my messages.I'll be going to a professional company to have this redone now, but sadly still wasted my money, time and effort to go back and forth to try fix this.Edit: You're clearly lying in the reply below, as you only tried to fix the mistakes once. Although you offered to give me the signage for application by me, you shouldn't expect a customer to do your job for you. You offered a signage service, not vinyl cutting which makes you very unprofessional.After attempting to call you many times to check on the vinyl delivery, you also pretended to be unavailable and not once did you pick up the phone. Not sure what you gain from blatantly lying, but you do you.
