Expensive, but absolutely worth it!I was super glad to find a salon open on a Sunday. One other customer was finishing up, so both technicians worked on my nails together. They were very efficient and were willing to make some small talk.I paid £40 for shellac removal and a new shellac coat. Cuticles were clipped and polished.But wow! My nails have now lasted 4 weeks without a single chip! I went on holiday to the Sahara desert and they are in next to perfect condition. Note: I have have extensions on 3 nails and I am super impressed.

Went to charming nails some months ago to get regular manicure and really liked the outcome. Two weeks ago I had my shellac with them for the first and last time. The extensions lifted up and started bending 3 days after I got them done because they weren’t glued properly and it’s extremely painful having them bending all the time, apart from the fact that my fingers started bleeding. Since the tips are not attached properly, I have a gap between them and my actual nails. I also book manicure and left the place with the cuticles looking exactly the same. I’d definitely not recommend their service after this.

For gel manicure I will give 1 star, as it lifted on 5 nails 6 days after doing it!Gel pedicure was great (both the end result & the overall experience) and would give it 5 stars, that’s why altogether an average 3.I grateful this was a gift, because I would be extra furious if I had paid and this is the result.

A very cold/unfriendly environment in the salon (maybe unless you’re a regular). I’ve been going on and off for years and quality/care has gone downhill while their prices have increased. For the price, I would expect perfection but the results are very underwhelming / average. Overall I wouldn’t recommend as it’s overpriced for what you get, unless you’re in the area and need a last min appt as they’re usually good at fitting you in.

I traveled into London from Amersham to go to Charming Nails - they are amazing! I am a native NYer and the Mani/pedis are better than most New York salons. I highly recommend them.

Speedy and very professional service. I went for standard manicure and pedicure services and loved the nail polish results that lasted longer than usual over two weeks for me! Also possible to book short notice with walk-ins accepted.

Best manicure I’ve ever had! I’ve been getting gel manicures pretty much every two weeks for the last four years and this was the best. The lady paid so much attention and her precision was amazing, I had three coats of polish and one clear and there were no lumps or bumps. The manicure lasted three weeks with absolutely no chipping. The lady managed to get way more cuticle off than usual, meaning my nails looked ‘done’ for ages. Have already recommended this to my friends and can’t wait to go back for another manicure in the new year!

Best nail salon I’ve ever been to internationally. They always have an available appointment quickly. They are quick to do the nails and they stay on for a long time. 10/10 recommend if you’re in the area.
