I booked online last Sunday (29th May) to have some tyres fitted for today (4th June) between 10am-12am, I turned up today at 10:46am to see the shutters closed and no one in! Tried to phone the phone numbers online to which no one answered. I’ve had this booked for nearly over a week and heard nothing from them to say that they wouldn’t be open. Decided to go to a local tyre fitter in the Walsall area and now having them fitted on Monday instead by someone else.

Very poor quality. The car was running when we took it to the garage and we got it back with a recovery. Had to take it to a more professional garage and of course we did not see a pound back nor paperwork for the work done. At least if they didn't know how to do it they should have told us instead of keeping the car there for more than 3 months! Another garage sort it in 2 days... very sad.

Outstanding garage, the best I’ve seen in the west midlands area. Excellent staff who are very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Always accommodating even when extremely busy. Great service, 100% recommend.

The best customer service I have experienced when comming to a garage. I was greeted and had a warm welcome when I stepped inside and when finished my car was definitely looking better than when I had brought it in since then I’ve had no problems with my car and will definitely be commin back.
