Just purchased a Toyota RAV4 from Autopoint and am delighted. Unable to visit the premises the car was bought unseen but exceeds my expectations. Tony was very helpful and I felt complete confidence in proceeding with the purchase. Everything was done on schedule as promised. Looking on the website I viewed most of the cars available for sale and previously sold, just out of curiosity, and could see there seems to be an emphasis on quality throughout the vehicles for sale. I recommend Autopoint unreservedly. Thank you Tony.

Arrived and had no interest from salesman, it was raining and told to look at the car as the weather was rain all day. No test drive. Car was listed as stunning but was just an average used car but not “stunning” as seller described, wasted a 200 mile drive and 4 hours with an arrogant salesman with an over priced car.In fact the vehicle actually had 4 door dents on the passenger side, 1 bad cigarette burn on the rear seat, one very small, a cigarette burn on the boot cover, scratches through to the primer on the tailgate, 3 badly marked alloy wheels, a timing belt that needed to be replaced, apparently at a 50/50 cost, the sales man was made aware of this so the facts of his response are very confusing.The offer made on the vehicle was made correct to book price and reflected the non “stunning” condition that was listed.An offer of £1000 less than the asking price was made, so yet more confusing facts from Autopoint.Take what you want from this review.A following 2 week update for this review, yet again more confusing facts from Autopoint.Apparently the vehicle sold at full price after my viewing yet the Subaru Legacy Estate is still listed on the Autopoint website and all the independents.

Good customer experience initially, naturally, but if anything goes wrong with your car don't expect the same experience by any means! Expect an insulting lack of communication, trying to ignore the issues with the car they've sold you. I had many issues in the first three months and was told if I wanted to give the car back it'd be at a loss rate if £2.40 per mile I'd driven! Only £2 above the legal limit. Local garage has said they get many cars from this garage with lots of issues.Avoid!

I had a really positive experience at this garage, from initially viewing and test driving the vehicle, only a week later the car had an MOT, service, any minor advisories had been fixed, and it was cleaned inside and out.The whole process was very smooth, quick, and they weren’t pushy at all, they let me look at the car at my own pace and gave me time to think about whether I wanted to purchase the car.I would 100% recommend and use them again, they are all very genuine people and provide excellent service.

Fairly average service from the garage. I felt the test drive wasn’t the best it could have been, didn’t tell me a lot about the car with features etc, struggled to make conversation at times too. As a first time buyer of a car I would have liked a bit more information and direction with purchasing a car. The car needed a seat and back light repaired before I picked it up. After initially being told Thursday- collection was pushed back to Sunday. Saddened that I had to chase this up rather than being phoned by the garage to update me. The collection on the Sunday was the best part as another staff member was very friendly and made sure I was happy when I left... even if it the tank was empty. Last gripe was that the back boot light didn’t work as I found out Sunday evening and had to go back on Monday afternoon, but the staff member was very nice and sorted it out nice and promptly for me. Probably would buy another car from here in the future but I wouldn’t say I was “wowed” by the service.

So happy to have chosen autopoint for our garage of choice. The fact my partner and I have driven an hour to get to them, We've driven away in a beautiful new car thanks to their amazing customer service and easy going salesman who was very helpful, will definitely be returning in the future to swap my car for a new one.

I purchased a Jeep from Autopoint in Stansted in Sept 2020. The car itself was in great condition and came with a new MOT. Since then the service has been amazing, just a couple small issues to sort and on both occasions the service has been amazing (even collecting my car and delivering back to me).I recommend Autopoint Stansted very very highlySteve
