Great place for advice, plenty of patience. May be a bit of a wait to get served, very occasionally, but I'd say that's because it's popular. Prices are competitive too.

Very knowledgeable staff who are at the same time extremely kind and helpful - customer service at its best! We placed an order for a whole bathroom there yesterday and they guy who dealt with us - Ian - is a credit to this company, patient, happy to explain everything to us who were clueless about plumbing. Will be back there for anything plumbing related in the future.

Have used them on a few occasions and there was no problems, however on my last visit I was standing there like a lemon for about 5 minutes waiting to be served by three staff standing behind the counter listening to a plumbers tales about one of his customers. I had no eye contact at all and in the end had to get someones attention.

Located behind residential properties and a little difficult to locate, but worth the visit.. friendly knowledgeable staff and good service. They deliver too..Good quality stuff..
