Asked for a platinum car wash and payed full price but didn't get the full service. The under wash and wax were skipped because there was a queue behind me. I then had to get out and wipe the car down myself because it was still soaking wet.

AVOID. Stopped for petrol last night around 9pm, put the nozzle into the car and waited for fuelling to start but nothing happened. The gentleman in the petrol station looked over, held up 2 hands and turned away to do something else. I was confused and looked at the lady at the next pump. She said he'd done the same to her and she didn't know what was happening. We went into the station and asked what he meant, he said he was telling us we'd have to wait 10 minutes as he was cashing up. The other lady asked if the station was closed, he replied no, but I'm doing this, so it'll be 10 minutes. He didn't even apologize, just turned back to what he was doing. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I've been driving for 30 years, filled up thousands of times, and never had this disgraceful experience before. I left and went to the Jet station along the road where I filled up with no problem and the lady in the station was lovely.
