We went to view and test drive a used Kia yesterday and we’re sadly disappointed in the quality of sales service. I bought a brand new car from you several years ago and had been very pleased with the service and after sales for several years so I’m not sure if this was just an ´off day’ but I couldn’t believe the general lack of interest.After the test drive we pointed out that the car did seem somewhat overpriced and showed them another similar vehicle advertised elsewhere substantially cheaper. The salesman went off to speak to the sales manager and came back offering a very slight reduction. We felt that this was still too high but instead of trying to negotiate or even asking if there was another vehicle we might be interested in he just said, ´well it’s been nice meeting you’ and that was it. His whole attitude changed. He gave us no justification for such a high price which if he’d taken the time to explain the reasons we may have understood.I know that this car has been on the forecourt for several weeks (possibly because it is overpriced). I realise that second hand cars are in demand nowadays and prices are high generally but I do wonder if Ken Jervis has become overly complacent. I’m afraid it’s left me rather reluctant to return. It’s a shame as I am genuinely interested in buying another Kia just not from yourselves…now.

I cannot fault Ken Jervis Kia, I have always had my cars from them and would highly recommend them to anyone. The service you receive is second to non. I must give Andy Gollins a massive shout out. He is fantastic and is always there and very thorough with everyone. The best thing is, he feels like a friend, not a salesperson. Nothing is too much trouble for him. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I got my car serviced here on 05/10/23 ref:10836110 but the battery has now died after just two months. My Kia car has a breakdown at home. They charged 263 pounds for service my car but they did not do the job properly.I rang them to look for assistance but they don’t offer the service coming to the house saying that could be cold weather and I did not use their top services, I have to bring the car to them etcFew years ago When I lived in Taunton, Exeter, I used local Marsh and Exeter kia to service my car every year in October, I had no problem with battery and other matters although it was so cold. I also paid them 208 pounds for these garages but their services were good and warranty.I felt so disappointed and dissatisfied with their service and jobs, I now have to pay AA breakdown cover costing me more to keep my car moving.I use their service first time but this is the last one. I will not recommend readers to use their service or MOT. I now source local full service and mot garage listed in RAC and AA to get a better and reliably work for my Kia car which comes to a 12 months guarantee work.Avoid this one at all cost.

A shout-out to Josh on the parts department.I rang to request a price regarding mats for my Sportage. Without me asking he offered me a 10% discount. Suitably impressed I placed the order. Just two days later Josh rang to say the mats had arrived. Excellent customer service.Josh was polite, friendly and professional.A thank you to Josh's colleague who offered to fit the mats and even to take the mats to my car. It was much appreciated.
