Baxter Hart is a great place for all milliners to get their supplies. They have a wide variety of fur felts, wool fets, straws, petersham ribbons, sinamay - and at great prices! This is a family owned business that has been in the Luton trade for decades and both Trudy and Nick are wonderful and very knowledgeable

I am not a milliner or a hat designer but I was in this shop with someone who his but I still did appreciate the incredible fabric choice and the very professional and friendly lady who helped us.If someone does hats this is the place to source the materials from.There is also free parking outside the shop.

I've always loved this trade supplier for their range of useful millinery essentials at wholesale prices. For millinery professionals rather than the general public. Their range of Petersham ribbons is outstanding and the hat bodies are well presented, clean and plentiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. They made my visit a complete pleasure.

Leider sehr schlechter Service. Es wurden bei meiner letzten Bestellung nicht alle Rohlinge geliefert, ich hatte aber per Vorkasse bezahlt. Als ich reklamiert habe, sagte man mir zu, die fehlenden Artikel zu schicken. Das wurde nie getan, auf alle meine Mails wird einfach nicht mehr reagiert! Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht und kann das Geschäft leider nicht empfehlen!

I've been to Baxter's a few times in person now, and ordered a number of times via email, and the service and products are outstanding. I always make the trip to Luton while visiting from Australia, and it's because of these lovely people.
