Don’t book with this place!The activities they offer on birthday packages are either age limited or not available. They do not specify timeline for changes your child might want to make. They are expensive and much more limited then they state on their website. The website states “vast collection” for children to choose from but actually this is not the case. They are not flexible or understanding to a young child changing the their minds.I was happy to pay for the minimum of 10 children even though I had 7 children but please note if you have less children they do not allow pottery/canvas’ for the missing children even though you are paying for it still!

Nice and peaceful time painting pottery, the only thing is whilst some larger items are a decent price, the tiniest items are quite expensive - a tiny item was still over £16 when items 3x the size were only £18.Also the lady working there was friendly and very attentive, that added to how peaceful it was. Overall would recommend for all ages!

Lovely place to get creative.The assistant working at Creativity Crazy was very friendly and accommodating.The big plus is that there is no time limit for staying, so we had a lovely afternoon there with three teenage girls and were able to take our time to unleash our creativity, without being rushed.Another positive is that there is no studio entry fee.There is a good collection of clay items to paint on.The selection, on the other hand is somehow limited when it comes to other items - wood, glass, fabric.We also found that some prime colours were lacking when it came to fabric painting.It is understandable though, as the assistant has explained that not many people decide to use material other than clay. And we understand small businesses were hit by the pandemic and perhaps couldn’t invest much into not-so-popular items.Overall, we had a lovely experience and would recommend Creativity Crazy as a nice place to visit and get creative.

We had a really lovely 7th party here for our daughter recently. The friendly staff were so helpful with the kids and their painting, showing them what to do when they got stuck and giving them tips. The food included healthy options too which was a refreshing change from some other party venues! So nice to be able to create something and take it home nicely wrapped as a memento of their day as a replacement for the usual bits in a party bag. Would definitely recommend for a creative and relaxed party theme. The kids all really enjoyed it.

If I could give -5 stars I would!! I called up over 2 weeks ago to make a booking, as it suggests so on the website. I spoke to the lady she said the dates was fine and took my name and number and advised me the address had changed. I followed the address she had given. To arrive to a shop with a different name and that was closed. After travelling all the way from Essex for a birthday surprise for my niece. I tried calling the lady multiple times to which she didn’t not answer or return my call I’m and both fuming and upset, my neice was in tears. this woman didn’t have the courtesy to call and let us know she was closed and ruined my niece’s birthday. Honestly vile and unprofessional I would not recommend. I shall spead the word across social media.

good fun, apparently i booked the wrong day but the employee was nice enough to let us sit down and do some pottery painting despite my mistake. My friend loved it!

We had a lovely experience here for my daughter’s birthday recently. The staff are lovely and everything was very well organised. The children all had a great time and it was very good value for money.

My 5 year old had an amazing birthday at Creativity Crazy. We had a group of 14 for build-a-bear party and all the children really enjoyed the activity. They got to choose from a selection of different soft animals. We opted for the food option and it went down a treat with the kiddos.Hasina was lovely to deal with throughout the process and Kara was amazing on the day, she was an absolute star with the kids. They were there to explain the process and help out.Also, Hasina only charged me for the kids that came, as we had 2 last minute cancellations. I was happy to pay, because it was last minute, but she was very kind and I really appreciate it.Thank you very much ladies.Looking forward to visiting you guys again soon!

Horrible experience!I was told different prices on the phone, came in and they put us in a tiny spot near the entrance door so we had cold wind every time someone came in and out. My daughter finished her art projet before me so I asked if they can give her a piece of paper to keep her entertained and they refused to give her a piece of paper. The prices are ridiculously high for a tiny plaster sculpture that they claim is clay when it's obviously a lie.Be careful with these kind of places, it's better and cheaper to do this at home.
