I ordered vegetarian chow main and I love it. Portion could be shared for two adults ,they also give 20% off to NHS staff which is very lovely of them. It is so tasty .

The worst Chinese meal we have ever had ordered a Jason special and tray sweet and sour chicken the Jason special came with hardly any curry sauce all squashed with over cooked rice and tasteless.The sweet and sour didn’t even resemble sweet and sour chicken again squashed in a tray with a blop of overcooked mush of rice with hardly any sauce didn’t even taste like sweet and sour waste of money most went in food bin never again

Wasted £35 on a horrible take away. Every dish reheated or over cooked. Rice mushy, chicken satay overcooked, chips reheated and like rubber. Sweet and sour sauce, yuk! Beef chow mein was plain chow mein. First and last time I'll eat from there. Most of it went in the bin, AVOID.

For years and years only had Chinese from here especially loved the special gravy sauce haven't had one for a few months, there must be new owners because yuck! Watery tastless gravy, reheated solid cheap chips, beef chowmein tasteless, portion sizes halfed (not that it mattered as half was thrown out) spent over £40 even the prawn crackers was the rubbish bought stuff rather than made at the shop like before. Won't be ordering from there again

Been ordering here for about a 18 months as it's one of the only places that offer vegan options around here.My complaint isn't with quality of food itself but the consistant messing up of orders. Wrong sizes, sending meat when ordering vegan options.I know places make mistakes but it's has now become a problem everytime I order, and now they're saying oh we'll give you extra next time" sorry there won't be a next time."

Been enjoying Porth Palace gravy for over 20 years. New owners take on a successful business and serves watery rubbish on cheap horrible chips. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Won't be going back in a hurry.

This is my local Chinese take away...and I am very happy. Very good and fresh quality, plenty of it. I love the crispy chicken, the best actually I have had in Porth area. The lovely lady always has a smile and she already knows what I want.... Jason Special. It is very popular in Porth .very busy on Saturdays though so I waited a bit long to get it. Salt and pepper chips are so delicious.

Just had the best Chinese I've had in years!Haven't had food from here in about 20 years, ordered on a friend's recommendation, didn't think they delivered to Ferndale, so always ordered local. That's certainly going to change. Porth palace is definitely my go to Chinese takeaway from now on. Food was stunning! Best I've had in a very long time! 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from our house!

The food was lovely we had chicken chow mein and chicken with mushrooms. Good value for money. Excellent food, huge portions, plenty of meat.
