Royal Mail won't leave deliveries in a safe place, won't leave them with a neighbour but will dump them at their remote sorting office with no parking available for customers. AN AWFUL SERVICE

closed more than they are open. Absolute joke. Even when they are supposedly open, they refused to hand over parcels because they’re on strike! If you want a higher paid job, go find one!

Expecting delivery of a birthday card today which was tracked 24 hrs and waiting for it to arrive but apparently had a request not to deliver at the property that this was addressed to. Letterbox was big enough to accept card. Why was this and whose decision was this made by? NOT HAPPY! Sorting office only open til midday today which when I was notified was after that time or else I would have collected it from Dursley Delivery Office at Draycott.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Postman or woman or they obviously doesn't have the mental capacity to read properly as my parcel is on a completely different street and number by the looks of the blurry photo of which other address that isn't mine that my parcels been delivered too. A chocolate teapot is more usual than the postal service here.
