Great service, owner very friendly and professional. Rented a Luton tail lift and van pick up and drop off was very smooth. No nonsense approach to the van usage as well.Very competitive pricing, another major hire company quoted over double the price for the same type of van.Would highly recommend and would use again if ever I need the use of a van

This is an excellent place with great vehicles. The man that owns the place is amazing. Very clear with instructions on the van and shows you how to use everything. No rush job but proper job. Hire fees are really good value too.

Best van hire company I’ve ever used! Patrice (the owner) was a pleasure to hire from. Hired a Luton box van with tail lift for 3days at a very competitive price, Patrice did all the paperwork efficiently & clearly explained everything. Was shown around the van whereby everything including the tail lift was demonstrated. Patrice offers flexible hours of pick up and drop off and just a sensible approach throughout. Family business attitude, putting the customer first, will definitely be using them again. If you are looking to rent a van, avoid the big companies and come here, much better service, & value for money.

I would highly recommend RentXpress. The vans are clean and comfortable. The personal attention from Patrice and his wife makes the whole experience of collection and return so easy. There are no hidden costs either (as you might get with the big guys!!). An absolute pleasure to deal with as usual. Will always use RentXpress. Thank you.

Fantastic van hire company, Patrice and his wife both very professional with paperwork and explanation of details and timings, van was in great condition, made moving house so easy. Would recommend over any other company In Bedford their prices aren't ridiculous.

Patrice and wife (apologies don't know name) are a pleasure to do business with.Just dropped off a van that I hired to help my daughter move home.Van was a couple of years old and worked great; no issues at all.I would highly recommend them, just a shame I'm in Leicester.
