Big shout out for Nicola the nurse who does bloods/injections etc at the clinic/treatment room. Very professional, great at her job and a lovely person.

Very helpful staff at the end of the day yesterday!

Staff were arrogant and accused me and my friend of stealing. Proceeded to straight up lie to our parents when they were confronted. Is this really how teenage girls are depicted now? Do better!!

I'm sure the manager pushes for employees to get shoppers to sign up for a membership card, but its quite excessive from staff in this particular superdrug. Everytime I go in I'm asked if I want one, and if I say no, they literally *tell me* that they'll sign me up for one because of x,y,z. I actually have a membership card already but don't always have the time or care to spend the time typing my email into their machine, espeically for a mere 10% off. Staff in this superdrug take it quite personally when you say no, like when rejecting what could be a free 99p toothpaste. Kindly respect shopper's decision to say no and stop telling customers you'll 'go ahead and do it anyways'. cheers!
