GFW Limited (The Furniture Warehouse)

I order nearly a thousand pound of furniture from Gfw via B&Q website all went well until delivery day when the delivery drivers wouldn’t carry my items to the hallway on the first floor as I live above an hairdressers.But that aside I’ve no complaints with GFW I liaised with Dave Hughes theirCustomer Experience Manager and the after care was amazing he went above and beyond to rectify any issue’s so on that note I would highly recommend GFW to anyone wanting great quality furniture at a reasonable price and great customer service well done job well done.

Do not order nothing. Trying to return a item is completely impossible say they will contact you with 48 hours that doesn't happen complain again it 5+days to collect so if you have a large item you are stuck with it

I ordered a TV unit and 2 to all book cases from Argos and they wouldn't deliver to my house in Scotland but I asked for them to change delivery to a family members in Dunfermline and then the said the don't deliver to there e either. Why advertise in Scotland if you don't deliver any where here. Every single delivery company deliver to Dunfermline a it's basically next to the capital of Scotland. Total joke of a company

The Bed House have been dealing with GFW since we opened in 2020 and their products are brilliant and really good quality. The sales team are very helpful and any problems that we have are dealt with quickly. Keep up the good work GFW!

We have traded with GFW limited since they started business in 2009, and they continue to be our best supplier by far.... GFW have great quality products at the best prices in the trade... sales support is fantastic and the aftersales team are the best in the industry... every department treat you like a valued customer and always help us with last minute orders... even their Truck drivers go out of their way to help with a smooth and quick delivery. They understand their customers needs & the demands of the market place we trade in. They always adapt their approach to meet with customers demands.. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Poor communication, received item ordered BUT only after chasing via phone and emails. You won’t get very much if any communication via email regarding how your delivery/order is being processed or going.

Joke of a company. I ordered a bed that had an incorrect part (sadly only discovered after two hours of assembling). You'd think it wouldn't be too difficult to replace a part right? Especially if it's in stock? Well, ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you to GFW Limited. After 15 nights of sleeping on a camp bed I am still waiting. The company was given an ultimatum to get the part on a next day delivery by Friday 8th December (two weeks after the problem had been reported) or arrange a collecton....they chose to arrange a collection. To make space for the new bed I've ordered, and because I'm not spending another two hours dismantling and repackaging, the bed is waiting outside for them. If you are buying a product that has any risk of having a fault, e.g. something being imported from the far east, I'd strongly consider looking for a different supplier.

Ordered scandi style 2 over 2 drawer unit via Wowcher. I'll be honest I was skeptical, but fair play, fab piece of furniture. Looks lovely in my daughters bedroom. Delivery was speedy too.

I bought the GFW ottoman storage chest bench via Amazon 2 years ago for £88. Absolutely shockingly awful quality product. Fake wood paper surface now peeling off. Seems like product not finished properly with any sort of plastic coating to prevent the fake wood paper coating peeling off!! Awful quality product
