Brilliant classes. Far more rewarding than the gym. No two sessions are alike which keeps it interesting and challenging. After nearly three years training there I am still hooked". :-) Coaches are warm

During lockdown I found a sport / exercise I absolutely love. Everything ive tried in the past has not lasted very long at all whereas with Revenge Boxing I have been made to feel so welcome from day 1 by the amazing coaches Elly, Clare and Karen and not forgetting the lovely group of ladies whom ive become very good friends with. We support each other, encourage one another to do the very best we can and its amazing how much you can achieve when you love what you are doing :) An added bonus is the box'n'shred package which I have to say has changed my life. Not only can I attend unlimited sessions but I get one to one support, nutritional eating plan especially for me so I can achieve my goal amongst other things. Already seeing the results after 5 weeks!! Would absolutely recommend! :)

This is the best boxing class/training in Cheshire in my view. Authentic. Well planned and delivered by proffesional instructors. Good vibes from all who attend.

I have recently just joined Elly's class 'Mums that Punch' and wow what can I say.. After only having a baby 2 months ago and feeling slightly anxious about getting back into fitness and going to a class on my own Elly instantly put me at ease, she is so caring and attentive to both mummies and their babies and makes it such a lovely class to be involved in, arranging a WhatsApp group so we could all get to know each other beforehand is such a lovely idea and I already feel part of an amazing community after only a few classes!.. I can't wait to see what's to come!!

I joined Revenge in January (4weeks ago).I feel like I am being giving a second chance at life. That may sound drastic to some but to me already I feel like a new person with a lease of life. My breathing and energy has improved so much. I am currently doing the box’n’shred programme. It’s weigh day tomo, but so far in 3 weeks I have lost 1stone 9lbs. I feel like I have so much more energy, I’m happier, my whole outlook on life has changed. Now I know it’s only down to myself, but I don’t agree. The constant support and encouragement along with advice on anything I am confused with nutrition wise, it is all making this journey so much more manageable and enjoyable. I would recommend anybody who is after losing weight, or to get fitter or to help with their mental health.Karen, Clare and Clayton are all fab and each class is fun but tough. Elly is always there on hand when needed. They are a fab team and I’m so grateful for them all.

Just over 2 years at Revenge and never looked back. No 2 sessions are ever the same with the added bonus of some actual ring time! Coaching on boxing technique is brilliant and challenging (if you desire) at the same time. Fantastic club if you are a lady of any age, wanting to learn boxing technique whilst improving fitness and strength in a relaxed, friendly environment.

I’ve been a member at Revenge Boxing for over a month now and I’m loving the classes! Great facilities, a lovely group of girls (everyone really is so friendly!) and knowledgeable instructors.
