Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, would recommend this company to any one. They moved me from Milton Keynes to the North East of England, and were professional and lovely the whole time. I genuinely want to tell everyone how good this company is, they made the stress of moving so much easier, with great communication, friendly staff and fantastic movers. Highly recommend Parkway Removals. Used the company twice for my family move and I would not hesitate to recommend their service. Adam is fantastic, helpful, friendly - very quick to respond with a tailored quote. He was also very kind during particularly stressful moves. The team on the day were as equally wonderful, also very friendly, professional. It was really reassuring to have such a great team on move day. If I could give higher than five stars I would!

Couldn’t recommend this company less. Terrible experience from the moment they showed up. Caused over £7,000 in damages.Adam was very apologetic and willing to help initially. Though then stopped returning phone calls and went MIA.£50k insurance cover was mentioned on quote we signed, though never expected to need it.Now we’ve been left with massive expenses on a rental unit, which we’re having to resolve ourselves.Adam - knowing you read your reviews. Would greatly appreciate you calling back and owning this issue before we seek further action.

It was a very good moving experience when working with Parkway Removals. Adam contacted me for quotes immediately after I left my contact details. His patience in following through the whole process is so helpful as moving home can be very stressful. The moving team Ben and his buddy are very cheerful and nice. They handled all the moving contents very carefully and neatly. I really appreciate their work and recommend anyone needs the service to go to them.

Awesome service! These guys hauled 2 hours worth of boxes and furniture up and down several flights of stairs in the pouring rain. Great attitude & hard working. The courtesy call the day before helped me feel prepared and answered all of my questions about the move. Great experience overall! I will definitely use Parkway Removals for my next move.

We had a fantastic experience with Parkway Removals. They were able to organise a moving service for us with less than 48 hours notice. The team they sent to pack and move our belongings were excellent. Very professional, responsive and good value for money - a lot cheaper than other quotes we had. I don't plan on moving again but if I did I'd use Parkway Removals.

Excellent professional removal service. The guys from Parkways were a pleasure to deal with, from the initial discussions with Adam about what I needed to the actual removal day I was delighted with the service provided. The guys arrived promptly on the removal day and did a great job of packing/loading my furniture/belongings in their van. After a long drive to Plymouth they helped move a bed out of my house into my garage before swiftly unloading the van. Throughout the were friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend Parkway removals.

I contacted this company to move me from one house to another in September and I have to say they are probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. The men who came to do the removal were rude, swearing non stop and smoking inside the communal areas of my retirement village, they had no care for my belongings and damaged a number of things, my washing machine and fridge freezer have large dents and scratches and my motorised bed which helps me get in and out of bed no longer works as they have smashed the frame and connected it up incorrectly. They had also damaged walls and door frames in both properties as they took absolutely no care when moving the items, I even saw them throwing my stuff in the back of the van and again when we arrived at the new place throwing it into rooms with no care.After this awful experience I contacted Adam the owner within 2 days by phone to explain what had happened and I also sent him photos of the damage, he said he was on holiday and then never got back to me, I called again multiple times and sent an email within the first couple of weeks but still nothing. I finally got hold of him after almost a month and he said I must take my review down or he wouldn't help me. I took the review down and he offered £150 for the damages to the white goods and as a goodwill gesture because of the behaviour of his staff. He also said he'd have his insurance replace the bed for me, but that it may take a few weeks to do. Months passed and I attempted to contact him daily and then weekly but to no avail, so I then asked my son to help but he has experienced the same contempt from Adam and I have.I am disabled and need my motorised bed to help me get in and out of it, so I have been struggling since September and have now had to have extra personal care to help me in and out of bed, this is inevitably costing me a lot more financially all because this company damaged my bed and Adam is refusing to do anything about it.The way the staff and the owner, Adam behave is absolutely disgusting and very upsetting that these people have treated my belonging this way. I would sincerely suggest you look else ware if you're planning on having your belongings moved. Don't risk it with this company.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience, the guys were fast, efficient, courteous and polite. The whole move was so easy and fast, they put everything in the vans quickly and were finished in no time at all.I have no problem recommending Parkway removals, very good value for money and Adam rang me a couple of days later to make sure it went well and we had no issues.Thanks for a good job
