Appalling service, I completed on a re-mortgage more than two months ago and I am still waiting for this firm to remove the charge listed against my company. I have listened to excuses after excuses. Initially they were blaming the lenders solicitor for not providing a signed DS01 which they emailed and sent over three times, each time this was lost. Real Legal finally confirmed receipt and how now claimed to have sent this off to Companies House which is clearly misleading as the charge is still outstanding against my company. They refuse to take on a complaint so have no choice but to go to the legal ombudsman. I would not recommend using Real legal based on my experience of working with them.update 27.10.23 - Hayley head of conveyancing has told me that she will be disengaging. Instead of accepting the firms error and resolving matters she has advised that they were doing me a 'favour'. Naturally I am most concerned by this matter because I paid for a service. Why would a law firm do a client a favour if it was not part of the letter of engagement? This is unprofessional. Hayley has also threatened legal action as believes I am defaming the firm, whereas in reality I have simply expressed my experience of working with the firm.

I did my first ever house purchase via Real Legal a few months ago. I dealt mainly with Muhammad and a little with Kasim.Naturally I was nervous and apprehensive at first as it was my first time buying a property. My solicitor dealt with everything very professionally and put me at ease. The process seemed a lot easier than I had anticipated. Muhammad helped simplify all the legal jargon and kept it simple and straightforward just as I like.I can't see myself using anyone else for similar legal issues. I also recently recommended my brother to use Real Legal and his purchase, even though more complicated than mine, was better than my experience.Moving forward I can't see myself or my family using anyone else but Real Legal.I know sometimes individuals may have different experiences based on who they deal with. I personally dealt mainly with Muhammad.I would definitely recommend to all.RegardsJamal
