JOKERS!!!!! What an absaloute joke of a place,DONT GO HERE BY ALL MEANS, WASTED 25 POUNDS TO HAVE MY SISTERS RING RESIZED AND THEY HAVENT EVEN RESIZED IT CAME OUT WITH A LOAD OF EXCUSES TO HOW THEY WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE STRETCHED IT??? WHEN REALLY THEY SHOULD BE ADDING A PEICE OF GOLD, WASTE OF MONEY REEVES ARE MUCH BETTER AND KNOW WHAT THERE DOING, ABSLOUTLEY BRILLIANT AND ONLY ACROSS THE ROAD ALSO 5 POUND CHEAPER, JOKERS!!!!!,, its a shame because these reviews dont even give you no justice, it doesnt get your money back and it doesnt solve the problem the only thing that will solve it is if people listen to my advice and dont go here at ALL COSTS.... They have bad attitude with there customers, and make false claims,, charging people and not doing the work makes me feel phsyically sick, i had to go to the shop 3 times in total all costing me petrol, and as im working i have little time so i came straight from work to make it to get told the work has been done but it clearly hasnt, JOKERS!!!!!

The worst service i have ever had from shop in my life, took my watch here, to have the strap adjusted, they measured my wrist, and then said they would remove the necessary links for it to fit properly, give them a call next day to see if the work was done, so i rang them the next day, and they said that they were too busy to do the work, ok so i asked, when it would be done, if they were that busy i could take it to Reeves instead, i was assured, that it would be done in the next few days, so i waited, i gave them a call after the time they specified, and i couldn't get an answer, so after a few days of calling and getting no answer, i decided to pay them a visit, when i walked into their shop, their faces dropped, i didn't know why, and asked if the watch was ready to collect, i wanted it all done as i was going to a party, and wanted to wear it, they then broke the news to me, that they couldn't find it, i was in disbelief , the watch cost me around £1500 quid, i was so angry, why lie to me about you were too busy, when in reality you lost my watch, should have been straight with me in the first place, they offered me a selection of watches they said they had, but that just isn't good enough, i just want to know where my watch has gone, and want it back, i'm very angry with the way i have been treated and lied to, i will never return to this store, and wouldn't recommend anybody i know to come here either, it's just not safe to leave anything of value here.

Terrible shop avoid at all costs!! My brother tried to get a ring re sized they said they could stretch it for £25, went back bought it home I tried it was exactly the same size , they took it back and said sorry it wasn't stretched to size we asked so they would do it again free ,took it back went to collect today same size! Had a thin chain we asked to be fixed aparently impossible it's sentimental so wanted it repaired! I've used reeves in the past however my brother done this for a 30 gift so I could wear my special jewellery, we left today no refund no apology just rude service from goldminster saying I know best course I do..Avoid at all costs!!, Infact I went into reeves they measured and its still not a correct L! I asked reeves andI paid for a resize which was asked originally from these clowns and they charged 20 with gold and soldering plus my necklace is being done for £15 !! , I highly recommend REEVES JEWLLERS

As someone in the jewellery trade Goldminster is my go to place for resizings and repairs. Yasmin has completed many repairs and resizings for me and the items look better than new afterwards and are completed in a few days generally! A friendly, family run business with very knowledgeable staff that go the extra mile for you. They have a fab selection of second hand and new jewellery. 5 stars most definitely :)

Absolute rubbish asked them to resize a ring which they did it looked nice but when I took it home I realised that they didn't even polish it and the bit they added stands out the white gold is becoming yellow too fast would I use their services again absolutely noooottt no respect for people's value especially sentimental. Not even sure if they added same karat gold

I came in with 2 chains, they fixed one on the spot for free!! so kind❤️ the other one they quoted me for a replacement clasp, but when I came back they fixed the original clasp and charged me much less! they have been so kind, explained to me what they are doing and polished my necklace for me❤️ they went above and beyond! 100% recommend
