The 'Hundred Year Stone' is a carving by Peter Randall-Page located on Derwent Water between Calf Close Bay and Broomhill Point. It was made in 1995 to celebrate a hundred years of the National Trust.The scupture is made from a glacial boulder (andesite) from Borrowdale.I wouldn’t say it’s worth a visit alone for anyone outside of Keswick, but for anyone walking in the vicinity it’s worth a 5 minute wander down to see.

It's a really nice walk around Derwent water, the stone is a pretty cool sculpture. There are a number of car parks with access to Derwent water along the road, it gets very busy though, especially in the holidays and weekends.
