Really bed experience. I’ve buy something from them like it’s a bucket. When I went home and fill it up with the water it start leaking. I’ll come back to return it but they said sorry we can’t refund you why used it for the water. It’s a steal bucket. The man who serve me I don’t know he’s the manager or the owner he’s too rude unprofessional. He don’t know nothing about the customer service. I’ll make my complaint to the counsels as well. Ina customer service I think you should told the customer where they can used the product if customer didn’t ask you. It’s a steal bucket I can used it for the water. I’ve post a picture of manager. He’s totally unprofessional and don’t know how to deal with the customer. I give them bucket back and ask for refund but they said you demand the product so we don’t give you money back. Even I post a picture of bucket as well from home. Shame on you guy’s. You sell rubbish product to the customer and also blamed on customer. I’ll make complaint to the council as well.

One of the best place where almost all necessary things can be found.

Never will we go to that's store again . Went to return a faulty item and they refused to refund my money or exchange the product. They changed the item after I said I will take this up with trading standards.

Lots of little niknaks went in to get coasters the ones they had were smaller then I anticipated. So I left.

No nah don't go!!!
