Would give a zero review but no option !How does a receptionist know better then a GP from NHS 111 service ? Nothing but bad experience with the surgery since it moved to Newport road .One doctor almost killed 2 of my kidsAdmin crossed my medical file with another patients and was horrified with info in my medical file when I finally got a copy.Rude management and receptionist .The practice needs a more qualified manger not a wet drip

Wife called the surgery this morning to ask for an appointment was told she couldn't book one for me as I had to call myself so they could verify it was me and then someone would call back and access wether it was urgent or not how the hell can they acess over the phone have they got a new device which can see down the phone into my ear .also my wife was I'll a few weeks ago they gave her antibiotics which made her let them know didn't even bother to call back theythegave her antib

I cannot fault this surgery in the slightest tonight. My youngest child came down very poorly very quickly, all staff from reception to doctors gave the most amazing care, were extremely accomodating and kind and efficient in getting my youngest seen and the treatment he needed. Thank you so much to all of you.

My experience has been nothing but positive with the team here! The staff (receptionists, Drs, nurses, etc!) have all been very helpful and lovely. The centre is also nice and in an ideal location with parking and chemists nearby. Keep up the great work! (I hope they also get some more support/resources as they’re obviously busy, but doing a great job!)

Apalling today indeed, tried to contact over the phone, cut off twice after becoming 1st in the cue after being 6th and then again at the very end after being 4th, 48 minutes on the phone altogether... No success... Tried E-consult the last couple of days and had insufficient and partly inadequate advice with no option to discuss or have more detailed guidance what to do on that system. This is not serious...

Have had exceptional service from the Medical Centre in the past few weeks, with GPs and Nurse Practitioner going above and beyond the call of duty, including calling me back at weekends and on a Bank Holiday to ensure I had the correct treatment. Investigations have been thorough, and treatment has been effective. I have been thoroughly impressed at the efficiency and care shown by all the members of staff I have encountered, which has resulted in me feeling reassured and taken seriously.

Can't get appointments in advance, even for young infants! Econsult won't accept details of babies younger than 6 months either. Everything must be booked same morning during the 8am rush, which is fine if you have the time to waste, only to be told after 20mins on hold that everything is gone for the day. This place might as well not exist, most everything they can do in terms of health care can be accessed faster via 111 or A&E. All this decline within 2 decades. Absolutely appalling.

Thank you SO much to all the staff. As an exceptionally nervous patient I was treated with respect and my additional needs were met and not questioned. The NHS has come in for a lot of stick throughout the pandemic. If you want to criticise or raise concerns about their performance I suggest you contact our local MP and ask what he is intending to do to ease their workload. The NHS are working under extreme pressure through no fault of their own. The waiting room was clean, my only negative is the loud radio music being on.

I came to the Isle Of Wight on a work trip and had a severe ear infection that I needed treating immediately. The staff were absolutely amazing, they got me my temporary residency sorted and an appointment to see someone within the hour. I was in so much pain, and the nurse I saw gave me everything I needed from pain relief to antibiotics. My first time going there and I will never forget the service. I am eternally grateful.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars! The worst doctors surgery I've ever been registered at. Receptionists are incredibly rude. Wait times on the phone is unacceptable, no calls when expected, late phone appointments. Lack of customer service at all. Rebecca Terry is great though - have seen her a few times and is always so friendly and supportive. She is the one good thing about the surgery.
