Having smoked since I was 16 and now pushing on towards the big 5.0. I have tried a number of times to give up smoking, but nothing ever stuck. I certainly wouldn't consider myself to be a believer in Hypnotherapy and I only booked the session as it was being paid for by my employer.However, I can't overstate how pleased I am with the results. That's not too say that the therapy was a complete silver bullet and I haven't had to work a bit at ensuring I stay off the cigarettes, but I walked in a smoker and walked out a non-smoker.Mike would be the first to say that it doesn't work for everyone, but he does have a high success rate, and I am definitely one of those who he has helped change their life for the better.Thank you so much!!!
