Just collected my new XC40. Excellent service from Ed Kavaliauskas from start to handover and loved the big reveal!Looking forward to three years trouble free driving.

Went to look at the new Volvo EX30. It is a great looking car, a pity about the boot size and the dashboard controls.The dealership representative I spoke to, Martin Taylor, was very pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful and took all the time I needed to go through all the options available for the car and finance. I would recommend anyone going to this dealership to seek him out.

We have bought another car from Holden, in Norwich. That’s 6 Volvos that we have bought over the years, and we keep going back for two reasons. Firstly, because we love Volvo cars, the only male who build seats that I can comfortably sit in for 300 mile journeys (I have had major back injuries over years at work, and subsequently 3 extensive back surgeries). The second reason is the quality of service. We always deal through the same sales executive, Mr. Steve Wright. He is consistently helpful, knowledgeable and easy to do business with. Before buying this most recent car I had speculatively visited certain other make dealerships in Norwich, none of which can come close to the service at Holden. One, unnamed brand, was indifferent to the point of rudeness, so immediately lost the potential of a sale.So, back to Holden, and Mr. Wright, where we know we will be treated with courtesy and honesty.In addition, I am always impressed with the standard of the presentation of cars. My current purchase is a used vehicle, immaculately prepared and cleaned (even down in the engine bay, and details like the door shuts and hinge recesses). It feels, drives and looks like a new car straight from a production line!Holden have had my trade for around 15 years now, and I see no reason to change!

Great service from initial greeting, demo of the available options, shaking hands on a deal and collection of our car. Wonderfully professional without any pressure to buy. This is how buying a car should be.

My experience at Holden Volvo was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for sales person Ed. Ed went the extra mile to make sure that I was very happy in all aspects of the purchase and handover. Very regular updates helped a lot and gave me comfort that Holden were continually on the case with the delivery of my new car. I love my new car very much and can say that Holden Volvo did assist me in making the right choice of car for me and my family needs.

We recently bought a car from here. Peter Mathews was the sales person who dealt with throughout. He was superb throughout. A friendly, down to earth guy who knows the cars very well and made us (including Bella the puppy) very comfortable throughout the whole process. I would completely recommend Peter.

Great service, all the staff at Norwich site are so helpful and accommodating from making appointments through to buying a car from them and then showing how everything works on the car too! Really great service cant rate them highly enough!

Great experience. Very relaxed atmosphere and Peter answered all (loads) of our questions. Walked into this place (Holden Motors) on spec looking for a used Volvo XC60, as we entered the showroom a sales person introduced him self as Steve and asked if he could help. We spoke about our requirements and with in minutes was showing us our perfect car. I cannot say enough about his politeness and knowledge of the car he showed us. The guy was a diamond his customer care was second to none. When we went a couple of days later to pick up the car he took his time explaining the controls and every single detail about the car before handing it over, Holden Motors should be proud of their staff and will certainly be using them again and without doubt recommend Holden Motors to anyone.
