Boots Market place

I regularly visit Boots in Dudley Market place, for my prescriptions and cosmetics, the staff are very friendly and helpful, on my last visit I was served by a lady named Maria who helped me with purchasing my cosmetics she was very polite and extremely helpful.

Poor service every time I reluctantly need to visit this store. I purchase 8 Viagra connect, occasionally. The packet is always dropped on the counter with the receipt. I feel I need a small bag for the Viagra. I always have to ask for one. Today I went in, paid - put on counter. I asked the rather officious assistant ‘Can I have a bag - please? His reply was ‘We charge 10p for a bag’ I can understand if this is for a plastic bag, as we are trying to reduce one use plastic but those was a paper bag. With such service, you try to avid using that store. The pharmacy in Tesco s at Burnt Tree Island is excellent. It would profit some Boots staff to upgrade their Social Skills. Sadler Boots used to be a quality store. It has gone downhill, I have to say. A very disgruntled customer -+avid should read avoidi. +Sadler should read sadly

Before you go check the opening times for anything other than a standard mon-fri, they will get open an hour after what's writtenApart from that, lovely staff, clean store
