As a polite & professional person, having had the misfortune to deal with this woman this year, this is no letting agency or letting agent but an unprofessional, dishonest, incompetent, & verbally abusive individual an experience shared by others who have also reported the ‘agency’. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. No doubt false & counter positive reviews will now appear, written up by the agency owner herself.

I have been dealing with Prima Lettings as a tenant for over 2 years now and Tracey is the most lovely and professional person anyone could ever hope to have as a Lettings agent. She is very quick to get any issues resolved and she has a brilliant rapport with her clients so much so that I really look forward to seeing her for our inspections. I highly recommend Prima Lettings and will be very sad if we ever ended up not having Tracey as our agent.
