ack installed a new chimney liner for us a fortnight ago - an emergency response as the old one collapsed whilst our chimney was being swept about two weeks before that. Jack and his team turned up late on Friday afternoon - returned again at around 8am the next day and had finished the job by lunchtime - although as the fire had been fixed in position it was harder than they'd thought. Everything cleared away. Jack told us to wait a couple of days before using our multifuel stove - and it's now working better than it ever did before. Lights much more easily and burns much more efficiently. Thank you Jack and see you in a year's time to sweep our chimney.
